Dispatch Policy

While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods are normally dispatched within 2-3 days, however as we make every product specially to order, you may experience a slight delay on these estimates during busy periods. If we are unable to despatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.

Prices and Tax

The price shown for the goods excludes TAX/VAT, postage and packing unless specifically stated. The charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout once you have entered the country and method of delivery and before you are asked to confirm the order. The VAT will also be added in the Checkout for all deliveries within the United Kingdom (UK). Delivery to countries outside the UK may incur import duties payable on receipt of the goods (or before delivery in some cases). You will be liable for these duties.

Cancellation and Returns

If you are not satisfied with the goods you have a right to cancel the contract, return the goods within 14 days and receive either a full refund of your monies or replacement goods. Please send an e-mail to us before you return goods, telling us that you are returning the goods and why.

We have been making products (seats and stickers) for the off-road market since 1981 and we occasionally have experienced issues with faulty materials. It is not our intention to supply product that is unsuited to it’s end use. If you have any issues with the quality or longevity of the product then please email/telephone us and we will endeavour to rectify the problem as quickly as we can.

Colours

The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.

Please note that we are unable to print Dayglo colours due to the restrictions of digital print machinery. This also leads to difficulty in duplicating the original plastics colours. Under daylight the colour matches are in most cases satisfactory, while under artificial light they look completely different. As bikes are raced outdoors this normally does not present a problem.

Confidentiality

All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.

Jurisdiction

The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Consumer Rights

None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
