How do I search for a specific product?

You can use the search tool, located in the top right-hand corner of the Evo-Mx website (On menu for mobile users). For example, You can search for a ‘1985 KTM 125/250/500CC Seat Cover‘ and you’ll be taken to a page with the product(s) you’re looking for.

How do I purchase a product?

Find the product you wish to purchase, click the Add to Basket or Select Options button and select the provided options or select View Basket after adding the product to the basket. You’ll then be taken to our checkout page where you can log into your existing account to use saved information, proceed with payment or register a new account.

How do I remove an item from my basket?

To remove an item from your basket, go to your basket and select the red ‘X’ icon or change the quantity to ‘0’ and select Update Basket.

I can’t log into My Account!

If you are having trouble logging into your account, please contact us and we’ll sort it out.

Which payment types do you accept?

We currently accept all major payment cards, including PayPal. All prices are in charged in Pound Sterling (GBP) and this will be exchanged to your local currency by your bank or card issuer.

I haven’t received my Receipt or login details?

The e-mail is sent the moment your payment is approved, and that should be almost immediately. If you don’t receive an email receipt or login information soon after, please contact us and we’ll check on your payment and account.

I can’t purchase anything/There is an error at checkout!

Please contact us, and we’ll be happy to find out what happened.

How do I pay with Paypal?

Go to checkout and select PayPal Express as your preferred payment. Then, select the Proceed to PayPal button, sign in and follow the steps in PayPal to confirm your payment method and order details. After you confirm your payment in PayPal, you’ll be redirected back to Evo-Mx.

How do I checkout as a guest?

Simply add the items to your basket, click checkout, choose how you’ll pay and provide us with your personal details, including a shipping address. Make sure that the Create An Account? box is unticked and select Place Order. However, if you wish to create an account with us, tick Create An Account? and you’ll receive an email with your log in information. Having an account with us, means that all of your orders are all in one place that is easily accessible.

How do I add a note to my order?

For specific order requirements, you can include a message on the Order Notes box provided at checkout, which lets you add special instructions on how we can customise and prepare your order.

How do I track my order?

If you have an account with us, log in to your account. Go to Orders and click View. A button should be present with a tracking link provided.

How do I cancel or change my order?

If you wish to cancel or amend an order, please contact us and we’ll sort it out for you.
